Employment training

Youth Impact provides basic employment and career
development training. Internships provide youth with practical experience by letting youth go through the interview process, take on responsibility, and apply their business skills.

Future Plans
Interlink intends to expand the Youth Impact program by
offering program graduates the opportunity to live in
subsidized apartments for up to three years while practicing
their newly gained skills under the supervision and care of
adult mentors.
