About Interlink Resources
Interlink Resources exists to facilitate the exchange of friendship and good will between Americans and other nations.
We achieve this purpose through sharing expertise, business ideas and cultural exchanges. These may include, but are not limited to, public health, medical / health sciences, business development, youth activities, agriculture, environmental concerns, humanitarian aid and education. Interlink resources is dedicated to the improvement of the human condition in other countries.
History: Celebrating 10 Years (1996 – 2006)
1996 – 2001
- Interlink Resources, Inc. is Officially Registered in Kazakhstan
- Medical Conferences – 2 held in Djambyl Oblast focusing on the Treatment of Diabetes.
- Four annual English Camps Offered, over 500 Youth participated
- Cultural Exchanges with 3 Kazakhstan Teachers and Interpreters Visiting Classrooms in Muncie, Indiana for four weeks
- First American Delegation to Work with the Ulan and Saramoldiva Orphanages
- Diabetic Camp Sponsored – 4 Youth, their Physicians and Interpreters Arrive for a Month Long Stay in America
- Second American Delegation Sponsored by Interlink Resources to Work in the Orphanages
2001 – Current
- Opening of the Development Center in Taraz
- Mayor of Muncie, IN and the Mayor of Taraz, Kazakhstan sign a “sister-city” agreement
- Interlink begins hosting 6 – 8 delegations annually focusing on orphanages, teaching English, business development, and health. To date, over 600 people have offered their talents to the work in Kazakhstan
- Interlink Celebrates the 2000 year anniversary of Taraz with a delegation of 58 people from America
- Woodworking shop donated by American businessmen at Saramoldiva Orphanage
- First 2 day business conference with over 250 local participants
- Two podiatrists hosted in America to attend conference
- Interlink expands work to Shymkent
- Interlink begins accepting internships
- Kids Connection and Youth Impact Programs begin
