Located in Shymkent, one of the largest growing cities in Kazakhstan, Interlink provides an English Resource Centre to meet the ever 
increasing need to learn English. Interlinkʼs vision is to provide a site, where students can immerse themselves in a total English environment. In carrying out that vision, Interlink offers:
- Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced level classes

Native English speakers teaching classes
- State-of-art library with over 7,000 books in English, periodicals and other teaching aids
- Computer classes
- Conversation classes
- English movie nights and other activities
- Cafe on-site to promote English conversation (fall 2009)
Through on-going cooperation, the site also hosts " Zhan Saktay" a medical clinic which offers a range of medical services provided by an American pediatric doctor, American physical therapy assistant, British physical therapist along with several Kazakhstani physicians.This clinic also offers special services for children with cerebral palsy which includes physical therapy, massage, therapeutic horseback riding and support services for parents.
The site also serves as the offices and distribution center for Crossroads Central Asia. Crossroads is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the needy of Central Asia. Their focus is to meet basic needs (humanitarian aid), encourage community, equip others and provide experiential learning opportunities which promote empathy and raise awareness to social problems.

Come for a year, a semester, or a summer. Teach English to children, teens, college students, and adults. Fall in love with the people of Kazakhstan and help us fulfill our goals of "initiating opportunities in Central Asia to serve together, to change lives and to be changed"
